We just went in for a day pass. The pool is very nice. The playrooms were fun. There were lots of friendly guys there. Don't go on a Sunday, it's overwhelmingly loud when they have their DJ, unless you like that kind of thing. It would be nice if there was more shade.

This was actually my 2nd stay at Casa Oliver. My 1st stay was actually the week they started their renovations, back in February 2025. Here's why I chose to book again... The rooms are now all beautifully redone, and perfect for even a longer stay (4+ days) because they are WAAAY BIGGER than expected, tastefully decorated, and outfitted with amenities that other resorts overlook. Even with a King bed, the open layout allow for an abundance of space to still “hangout” and not be in the “bedroom". In all honesty, it makes it feel more like a 1 bedroom condo/apartment, not a just hotel room. Plus, I can't think of any resort that I've stayed at before where my room INCLUDED a walk-in closet. Additionally, It’s the little things that really make this place a stand out...the day-to-day cleanliness of the resort grounds (including the mazes), the café area, the fountains, and even the landscaping. It’s easy to see that this place cares about a guest's TOTAL experience. But outside of the facility and all its amenities, what stands out the most is the staff. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and happy to see you. At one point, everyone was even served fruit popsicles poolside by one of the attentive staff members!! Such a nice touch that speaks VOLUMES, and makes guests want to come back. What I noticed most of all (during both stays) is the non-overbearing nature which can sometimes overshadow the atmosphere at this kind of resort. While the staff is always available, you can walk freely and enjoy the resort for what it is without feeling like you're being “watched”, but still feeling safe to really relax and enjoy yourself. For me, Casa Oliver is why vacations exist..to escape the everyday tasks of real life (even for just a few days), indulge responsibly with friends, meet other friendly people from all over the world, laugh with old pals, be outside in the sun, and then have a quiet, fresh, clean, calming place to start the day, and wind down at night. Casa Oliver is definitely worth every penny. If you're on the fence as to where to book your next Palm Springs trip...Stop. Book your stay here. You'll be glad you did.

I started visiting this resort some years ago, when the CCBC in Cat City neglected to tell me the pool would be closed during my stay - so I stayed instead at All Worlds, which gave me access to this property. I spent the whole time there it was so nice and enchanting. Later, when it became the Annex, separate from All Worlds, I would enjoy the property via day passes. Beautiful pools and play spaces. So this trip, my friend and I booked a buddy room for a long weekend. It was so much more than expected. I knew the location was unrivaled. I was thrilled to see the new staff was so kind and accommodating (the Annex staff was bitchy just to be bitchy, like too many resort staffs in the area). The room was YUUUUGE; Two bedrooms with a nice seating room with TV and mini fridge, which always comes in handy for mixers and left over pizza ;) I understand they've been renovating rooms, and look forward to returning to the buddy room once it's completed to see how tasteful they do it. The whole property is so inviting and tasteful, I'm sure it will be gorgeous! The cafe, open 24/7 has two coffee machines (one is a Nespresso?) and pastries and fruit to keep your energy up for all the fun and adventure. And it's a nice place to meet other guests and lean more about the others staying there. I really couldn't dream up a better experience. It just transcended both expectation and imagination. I'd really like to thank all the staff and owner for creating such a wonderful oasis in what can sadly be an area as barren of hospitality as it is of water. OH...and be sure to stay through Sunday - the afternoon pool party is NOT to be missed!!!

Had the absolute best time at Casa Oliver Palm Springs! From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us with such kindness and genuine hospitality. Meeting Mark and Anthony was a real highlight: they were warm, welcoming, and made the experience even more memorable. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and only wish we had more time. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

The transformation from All-worlds to Casa Oliver is like night and day. As a local, I will often purchase day or weekend passes, and the difference in atmosphere and vibe is 100% better. They have made smart, noticeable upgrades to the grounds and rooms, the indoor maze is everything you could want it to be, and the staff are absolutely some of the friendliest people in the business. Also have to give a special shout out to one the owners , Lorie, who I first met on a busy weekend just after the sale when she was working alone at the check in desk with a line of guys out the door and she obviously still becoming familiar with their systems , was the picture of poise and calm under pressure. She was all smiles and apologies (you could tell 100% genuine , no fake customer service here) and handled it all with grace. Rooms are clean and well maintained, location is ideal, and the price of rooms and passes make it the best option of the resorts if you’re looking for some fun without breaking the bank. 100% recommend !

The person at the front desk was vary helpful. He gave us a tour around the property. Even though they are still renovating rooms it was relaxing the day we went. Will definitely be going back.

Casa Oliver is beautiful. Staff is friendly rooms are very nice and i will return. I know the owners are new. They’ve done amazing work with time and effort to bring this hotel back. If your going to charge $185 a night I have a few little suggestions: Cafe :Appears Muffins and misc snacks were Purchase at the local grocery store, and just thrown on the counter and sat there for several days. The rooms are great, but there’s nowhere to hang a towel. A couple hooks for pool towels would be great. For safety new showers are great however slippery, maybe grip mats. Early morning music by pool is nice but too loud if someone is enjoying a quiet wake up. The beds , sheets and towel were amazing.

The resort itself was immaculate. The grounds were well-appointed and taken care of. Pools were sparkling, hot tub clean and hot. However, the rooms left much to be desired, in my opinion. They were extremely basic and outdated. I've honestly had better room accommodations at Motel 6
